The 1957 Cadillac Brougham Scale Model Car - Description

Cadillac has used the name, Brougham, on their largest, most luxurious models since 1916. From the 1950s, the name reappeared as a trim level on other cars, including the Eldorado and Fleetwood. It reappeared as a separate model in 1985 and lasted through 1992.

Fleetwood Brougham

In 1965, the Brougham name reappeared as an option package on the Fleetwood. The next year, the car became a separate model, splitting the Fleetwood line into the Sixty Special and Fleetwood Brougham. This model lasted through 1976.

1985

From 1985 through 1992, the Brougham was the largest rear wheel drive Cadillac model. The Brougham name began as an option package for the Fleetwood but the move of that model to front wheel drive C-body in 1985 meant the name became a model in its own right the next year. The model was again renamed Fleetwood in 1993.

It used the super-long 121.5 in wheelbase D-body platform, and used 5.0 L Oldsmobile and 5.7 L Chevrolet V8 engines.
